If it hurts, don't do it again.  Unless you're using the GD or LD model
(i.e., the linker didn't optimize it for you) a binary using TLS looks
just normal.  There is no way for the runtim to find out it's using TLS.
 But of course it's won't work since the TLS data structures aren't set up.
