Won't happen anytime soon or at all.

This is no functionality which needs thread library support.  Just add a
global condvar to your program and have all threads cal
pthread_cond_signal before they exit (and do some book-keeping to show
whether a thread exited and which etc).  Pretty easy programming
exercise.  There is currently no way for the thread library to do it
differently so there is no incentive to add such support.
