Re: binutils version

Im going to use hj lu's binutils. i will build the nptl later when i populate the root fs. i think something is broken with the nptl configure script. it insists on using the system as instead of the rebuilt static one in /tools/bin. maybe it will work properly in a chroot environment. free from the host system utilities.

You need later binutils (e.g. current CVS or various recent Red Hat binutils rpms (RHEL3, Fedora Core TestN).

is nptl ready for testing?

IMNSHO not only for testing ;)
