Missing definition of cpu_set_t

I'm trying to compile the latest version of glibc with the latest nptl
library and nptl is complaining that is giving me the following:

It seems I'm missing a definition or two. I've tried glibc-2.3.2 and nptl
-0.6 and gcc-3.3.1 with no luck. I'm trying to compile this on Redhat 9.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Yours
Tony Vasile
