Pulse Interfaces

Thanks again for you help.  I really appreciate it.  I reviewed my
lvs.cf and everything looks correct.  Also, none of the LVS processes
are going into Zombie.  For a temporary fix, I have written a simple
script to bring up all interfaces that Pulse doesn't.  Let me know if
you guys have anymore ideas.  

Herta, currently I do not have a backup LVS router.  I am only working
with one node at the moment.
