Two more files are missing from pki/.classpath:

/usr/share/candlepin/lib/jaxb-impl-2.1.12.jar
/usr/share/candlepin/lib/resteasy-jaxb-provider-2.2.1.GA.jar

After fixing the .classpath the test works now.
