Very simple fix to provide (for unsupported modules) functional parity with what is done with supported modules.


I'm guessing we probably need a bug for the RA too.

This patch allows config panel ModulePanel to log into "Other Modules" (unsupported modules). 
Also to note: the modules modules appear to be stored in pwcache.conf, not password.conf.
