Andrew,

I have fixed 'TRAC Ticket #301 -Need to modify init scripts to verify 
needed symlinks in an instance' to be able to create non-default named 
instances, and have republished the source tarball.

Please rebuild the Dogtag 9 versions of pki-core-9.0.23-1 for Fedora 16 
and Fedora 17 in Koji.
