[Pki-devel] [PATCH] 74, 75, 76, 77 Broken up patches with fixes for review comments for patch 72-3

Sorry for the spam.
The patches have to be applied in the ascending order.
All patches have to be applied to test the setup mentioned in the
README_FOR_TESTS file.
