[Pki-devel] [PATCH] 80 Breaking the compose_pki_test_package script to compose_pki_test_package and create-beaker-job-xml scripts

ACK'ed by Endi, after a few minor comments, on IRC.
Made the changes and pushed to master.

Comments:
   Use unique_identifier in place of User ID.
   Rename create-beaker-job-xml script to create_beaker_job.
   Indentation of the tests/dogtag/README file.
