This patch renames the following commands:

* user-{action}-cert       -> user-cert-{action}
* user-{action}-membership -> user-membership-{action}
* group-{action}-member    -> group-member-{action}

where action is find/show/mod/remove.

This patch has been pushed to master (Dogtag 10.1). It does not affect 
Dogtag 10.0. I also pushed an additional patch to fix some issues in 
this patch.
