[Pki-devel] [PATCH] Rename --output option with --file for cert-request-review cli command [#674 - 10.1 ticket]

Please review the patch which renames the --output option to --file for
the pki cert-request-review command and updates the man page entry for
the same.

An additional change made in this patch: remove the sample request
template for cert-request and mention the usage of
ca-cert-request-profile-show cli command to get the template.
