Please review the attached patch which addresses the following bug:

  * Bugzilla Bug #1096142 - IPA replica setup fails during CA setup with
    "unable to parse xml"

Note that this bug is ONLY relevant to the RHEL 6 platform, as 
'pki-silent' is no longer used to configure CA's on Fedora platforms.
