[Pki-devel] [PATCH] 208 - Share subsystem cert for shared instances

As per IRC, modified default.cfg to make the subsystem cert nick and
subject dn subsystem agnostic and changed a couple of parameter names.

Also determined that no further changes are required for the
registerUser interface as it already checks for existing users.

Acked by Endi and Christina.

Pushed to master.
