[Pki-devel] [PATCH] 838 Fixed ConfigurationUtils.importCertChain().

The ConfigurationUtils.importCertChain() has been modified to
ignore UNKNOWN_ISSUER error when connecting to a server that
does not have the complete certificate chain.
