[Pki-devel] [PATCH] 928 Cleaned up error handling in client and PKCS12 CLIs.

The client and PKCS12 CLIs have been modified to use Exceptions
instead of System.exit() such that errors can be handled
consistently.

Pushed to master under trivial rule.
