[Pki-users] Http Status 404 error on /ca/processReq

Hi all,
       I just installed a new CA System (7.3) and all seems to be well
and I started to
generate Cert requests via end-entity. The Agents service to approve
these requests give the error 
Http 404  ("The requested resource ca/processReq is not available).   I
have searched the ca folders
And all seemed okay.  Can you point me in the right direction?  I see
processReq.template in the
Webapps/ca/agent/ca directory.
