[Pki-users] Server Error at RA installation

Dogtag 10 is being released and supported on Fedora 18.

Dogtag 9 is supported on fedora 16 and 17.  If something does not work
on f17, let us know and we'll fix it.  It is being used, as noted by
John Dennis, extensively by IPA.
