[Pki-users] (Fedora 17) PKI-RA fails to start after install

Changed the syntax checking now i get this when starting

`pkiuser/logs': No such file or directory

'pkiuser/logs' -> '/var/log/pki-tps'!

'pkiuser/run' does NOT exist!
