Ricardo,
You can check what version of Dogtag you are running by the RPM
Name-Version-Release (NVR) via the command-line:
* rpm -qa pki-server
pki-server-10.2.2-0.1.fc21.noarch
In the above example, a Fedora 21 machine contains Dogtag 10.2.2.
