You need to fix the Makefile at the very least (to use a sane include 
directory). I honestly didn't look much deeper than that into the errors, 
and probably couldn't help with them anyway. :)

Modules should never include /usr/src/linux/include and should instead 
use /lib/modules/`uname -r`/build/include. The first is the glibc headers, 
while the latter is the kernel headers.

That may not solve all the problems, I don't have the source to try 
building it myself. It should get you started though.
