| Can anyone shed any light on this ?

Lack of reverse IP mapping from 10.0.0.3 to the name of the new
phoebe-beta machine's domain name? Most of your exports are matching on
domainname, so they'll be rejecting the new machine until they can look
up 10.0.0.3.

Do you get errors mounting /pub? If so, can you recite them?
