FYI: publican 0.33 and publican-fedora 0.12 have been built in F8, 
RawHide, EPEL 4 and EPEL 5.

The F8 version is stalled in the update system.

The EL-4/5 versions should get pushed live "sometime", there doesn't 
seem to be a schedule for when that happens.
