Patch to remove "--article" and update --help output

Description of problem:
The following do not work, and both result in printing the help:

create_book --article blah
create_book --article --name blah


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
* publican-0.38-0.el5



Steps to Reproduce:
1. create_book --help
2. wonder if "--article" works.
3. run create_book --article
4. read <http://jfearn.fedorapeople.org/Publican/>
5. profit.



Expected results:

I think --article should be removed from the man page, and the man page made
more clear about how to make an article. 

See attached patch. Made sure output was clean/in line in "create_book --help"
and "create_book -man". Booyakasha.
