[publican-list] draft support?

Awesome, I think thats exactly what I want.  One question though (noob
warning) where do I put <xsl:param> tags?  I've tried in my <set> as well
as just after my <!DOCTYPE set PUBLIC blah blah> tag.  I get errors either
way.
