i've only used publican via the yum-installable package -- so
where's the svn repository? and while perusing the publican wiki page
here:

  http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/DocsProject/Publican

i noticed that it continues to refer to F9 alpha, which seems a bit
out of date, and the name of the yum directory most of the way down
the page is given as "/etc/yum/yum.repos.d/", which doesn't sound
right.
