[publican-list] A dead link to the Users Guide at the homepage

Hi,

I have noticed that the link to the Users Guide at the Publican's 
homepage (pointing to [1]) does not work anymore, as I am getting "404 
Not Found" instead. Did the documentation move somewhere else by any chance?
