Description of problem:
The side panel of the website doesn't display written accents properly in
Spanish 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 2.6


How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to (docs.redhat.com). 
2. Choose Spanish
3. Have a look at the localized titles in the side bar.

Actual results:
It appear a strange characters where the written accent should be (see
attachment).

Expected results:
The written accents should display properly. 
Example: Gestión or Lógico


Additional info:
I tried different encoding in the browser but it just worse.
