[publican-list] Building publican 3 on F15

Has anyone else tried building publican 3 on Fedora 15?
I git cloned the repo and ran the "yum-builddeps publican" command, and 
then to get "perl Build.PL" to work I manually installed the following 
packages :

yum install perl-File-Finder perl-File-HomeDir perl-File-Inplace 
perl-String-Similarity perl-Locale-Maketext-Lexicon perl-YAML 
perl-HTML-FormatText-WithLinks-AndTables perl-HTML-FormatText-WithLinks

and installed wkhtmltopdf.
