Ah! I don't understand why not then, because so far, mine have been just 
perfect for printing out. Maybe my docs are a lot simpler than the ones

I honestly have never seen that warning! I must learn to read better I 
suspect. However, working in IT, I notice the first thing people do with 
a PDF is print it out.

Hmm, I'd forgotten about the TOC. I was a bit focussed on my indices at 
the back of the book.

Which is a good thing, seeing as PDF is a pretty decent format for print 
and DocBook can be used to create real life dead tree books. It should 
be possible!

Just so that you are all aware, I do appreciate the hard work you guys 
do in keeping Publican as good as it is - thanks. If I could contribute, 
I would. (Actually, I did, a chapter for the manual on installing 
Publican 2.9 on OpenSuse -
