[Pulp-dev] Developer Environment (Vagrant) Usage and Internals Live Event, April 12

I am giving a live overview of Pulp's Vagrant environment which eases the
burden of creating a Pulp developer environment. This shows some brief
usage and a piece-by-piece explanation of the internals.

This info should increase the usage of Vagrant and maintainability by going
deeper on how its built.
