[Pulp-dev] Repo version implementation

If you ever want to implement a version diff endpoint, where you can
compare one version of a repo with another version of the same repo (or of
another repo, maybe), then #2 is pure pain.

I find myself diffing repos more often than I want to, so I would
definitely want a way to diff, between versions, between repos, and/or both.
