[Pulp-dev] Pulp3 first released - User stories ready to be tested

Even though that etherpad is "public" that server is not accessible off net
which means it's still not visible to others.

We've been using pad-katello.rhcloud.com as our etherpad server these days.
I recommend using that instead.
