[Pulp-dev] Viewing Orphaned Content Units and Artifacts moved to 3.1+

During the MVP use cases call on orphans we did not discuss if listing
orphans is an MVP use case or not. From some of the replies I got on IRC
after the meeting, it seemed that the use case can be moved to 3.1+.

I moved it here [0]. If anyone thinks that use case should be pulled into
the Pulp3 MVP and/or rewritten please reply.
