[Pulp-dev] Twitter Announcements for Release

Brian,

I don't mind picking this up as part of the release process, as I hope to automate these annoucements in the future and having access will help with that.  I do ask that with 2.14.2 being imminent (a
matter of hours), would you be able to handle it one more time for 2.14.2 since we don't have the process in place and the credentials handed over?
