[Pulp-dev] remove AUTHORS

+1 to remove AUTHORS file entirely.

Not sure if it worth putting `git shortlog -sne` in our docs, everyone is
capable to google git commands in case they need to find some specific
functionality.

My $2.
It does make sense to remove the file just because it is difficutle to
maintain it (as David mentioned in previous emails) but not because of it
exposes personal info, makes it easy for headhunters to reap email
addresses.
Whenever we *consciously* expose/give our email somewhere we are all accept
the possibility of being spammed and headhunted.
I am also pretty sure that everyone has couple of email addresses for
different purposes ;)
