[Pulp-dev] Pulp 3 plugin API gap analysis

Milan and I spent some time auditing our Plugin API section[0] of the MVP
document. I have updated the document with our findings[1].

There is now a lot more red, but it is mostly related to documentation and
bad wording of use cases.
