[Pulp-dev] Demos switching to pre-recorded videos

I haven't adequately articulated the stress on the demo organizer (me) that
live demos have. In 100% of cases when something goes wrong it's due to
something beyond my control, but moments before we go live I am asked for
support on a problem I can't solve. Meanwhile I have to do many things just
before we go live. This is unnecessarily stressful every time; I'm not able
to facilitate it anymore. This is in addition to the feedback that the
presenters who can't present are just as frustrated as me.

The question about why we would still have periodic time/place demos when
everything is pre-recorded is a good one. I'm open to that. When we are
releasing regularly, maybe it could be just as awesome to have a beta/rc/ga
release post/announcements come with links or embedded views to any
available demos. It would be kind of like what PyCharm does (
https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/whatsnew/) only instead of still images
they would be videos. For now I plan to still host an event with
pre-recorded demos at least to until there is broad support for a change
like this.

Suggestions and discussion are welcome.
