[Pulp-dev] RIP: GroupDownloader for Pulp3

I had written the GroupDownloader when I first started working with
asyncio. Since then I've realized that the GroupDownloader is a
re-implementation of what the standard library asyncio already does. I'm
proposing we delete GroupDownloader soon:  https://pulp.plan.io/issues/3923
