[Pulp-dev] Branching Pulp 2 for plugins

The pulp-rpm plugin has been updated. The Pulp 2 work is now at 2-master
and the Pulp 3 work is on master. The 3.0-dev branch has been deleted.

Please note that the master branch had to be forced pushed. So please
update your local branch like so:

git checkout master
git fetch origin master
git reset --hard  origin/master
