[Pulp-dev] Ansible Installer Mini-Team

tl;dr, a github mini-team* has been created w/ write permissions to the
ansible installer repos**.

This mini-team has met several times to organize a reboot effort of the
Ansible installer for Pulp3. We've written use cases and those will be sent
to pulp-list soon for feature input from end-users directly.

Any questions, concerns, or ideas are welcome.
