[Pulp-dev] foreman community demo w/ pulp container image repos

A second foreman community demo[1]. This one shows example of the full
docker v2 API implemented through foreman to retrieve pulp repos. It allows
docker login, search, pull, and push!

Again, thanks to the pulp community and devs for making this possible.
