[Pulp-dev] Pulp2 Bug Backlog Closing?

Find and algo and close them. I could see the algo consisting of:

* Last time a human touched it
* Linked to any other bug tracking tool
* Age
* severity

better to close out what you do not plan to fix, and deal with the dupes
if they are re-entered.
