[Pulp-dev] pulplift is failing to provision pulp2-nightly-pulp3-source-centos7

I think this issue is filed here https://pulp.plan.io/issues/5553 and there
is a PR open to fix it https://github.com/pulp/ansible-pulp/pull/178/.
