[Pulp-dev] [BREAKING] drf 3.10 has breaking changes

This will probably be a CI blocker. (It does prevent pulplift from
completing.) I've taken https://pulp.plan.io/issues/5125 as assigned.

I'll update the issue as I go, and respond here when things are working
again.
