[Pulp-dev] Plugin for apt content

the plugin to manage debian content exists for Pulp 2 and Pulp 3.


The Pulp 3 plugin is available here: https://github.com/pulp/pulp_deb/tree/3-master


Let me know, if you need some more input / help as my colleague wrote this plugin 😊

I miss the apt-plugin in pulp 3 to sync deb package.
