[Pulp-dev] Heads up: Changing pulp_deb master branches

As the 1.9-release branch has been created today, i am about to do the
shell game [1] with the 2/3-master branches tomorrow around noon (UTC).
Be prepared for small disruptions of your workflow, as well as
temporarily confused CI.

Let's hope, all goes well.
