[Pulp-dev] [BREAKING] Setting ref_name on serializers

The following change to automatically set ref_name on serializers was
merged to pulpcore. Bindings users should note that this impacts the
bindings: plugin objects will now be namespaced with the plugin name. For
example, FileRemote will now be FileFileRemote.
