[Pulp-dev] [RPM API breaking changes]

Breaking changes to the RPM API endpoints were merged today.

For consistency, endpoints that had not been plural now are, and endpoints
that had dashes now use underscores. [0][1]

Endpoints involving the following content names were effected:
modulemd
modulemd-defaults
packagegroup
packagecategory
packageenvironment

accompanying the PRs for the full list of effected endpoints.
