   Firefighting is very distracting:
   -

      For now:
      -

         Mike is the designed SPOC (single point of contact).
         -

         Everyone else should not feel the need to review CI breakages
         unless asked by Mike.
         -

      After single container change:
      -

         Rotating weekly/sprint SPOC.
         -

         Perhaps list SPOC on #pulp-dev topic.
         -

         Try to minimize “firefighting culture” - some people love it, some
         people hate it.
         -

         Rewards people for SPOC duty (rewards points, karma, etc)
         -
